  28. You should read OECL.DOC first. This file explains the Opus Embedded Command
  29. Language. Next, read OECC.DOC which describes the work of Opus Embedded Command
  30. Compiler. Finally the OECC_10?.NEW files describe the enhancements of various
  31. versions of OECC as they were continually added. Hopefully, in the next re-
  32. vision all these files will be integrated into OECL.DOC and OECC.DOC.
